Create your listing on Account Villa — provide channel URL, subscriber count, niche, monthly revenue, and asking price. Our team verifies and publishes your listing within 24 hours.

Buyer Places Order & Pays into Escrow

When a buyer is interested, they pay the full amount via UPI or Razorpay into Account Villa's secure escrow account. The funds are safely held — you will be notified immediately.

You Transfer the Channel

After escrow confirmation, you transfer the primary Gmail account linked to the YouTube channel to the buyer. Account Villa guides you step by step through the entire process.

Buyer Confirms Receipt

The buyer verifies full access to the YouTube channel, Studio, and AdSense. Once confirmed, they approve the transaction on Account Villa's platform.

Important Seller Guidelines

Always provide accurate and verified channel analytics in your listing
Do not accept payments outside the Account Villa platform
Complete the channel transfer within 24 hours of escrow confirmation
Do not list channels you do not own or have no rights to sell
Respond to buyer queries and support requests promptly
