Refund Policy

Digital Asset Transactions: Account Villa specializes in trading digital assets such as YouTube channels. Due to the irreversible nature of digital ownership transfers, please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.

No Refund After Transfer

Once a YouTube channel has been successfully transferred and ownership is confirmed by the buyer, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are possible. The transfer of Gmail credentials and channel ownership is irreversible.

⚠️ Once you confirm receipt of the channel, the transaction is final. Funds are released to the seller and cannot be reversed under any circumstances.

Escrow Protection — Your Safety Net

Our escrow system protects you completely before the transfer is confirmed:

Never confirm channel receipt until you have fully verified access to YouTube Studio, AdSense, and all channel features.

When Disputes Are Accepted

Account Villa will investigate and intervene in these cases before buyer confirms receipt:

  • Seller provided false subscriber count, views, or revenue data in listing
  • Channel is not as described — different niche, age, or monetization status
  • Seller fails to complete ownership transfer within 24 hours of payment
  • Channel was already banned, suspended, or demonetized at time of sale
  • Technical issues preventing the transfer from completing

In valid dispute cases, Account Villa may issue a full or partial refund from escrow before releasing funds to the seller.

Post-Transfer Responsibility

Once ownership is confirmed, Account Villa is not responsible for:

  • Channel termination or suspension by YouTube after transfer
  • Demonetization due to policy violations occurring after purchase
  • Loss of subscribers or views due to algorithm or content changes
  • Any YouTube actions on the channel post-transfer
💡 Tip: After receiving a channel, immediately change passwords, enable 2-factor authentication, and review all content for policy compliance.

How to Raise a Dispute

  • Email Support@AccountVilla.com with your Order ID and full issue details
  • Our team responds within 24 hours
  • Do NOT confirm channel receipt if you have any unresolved concerns
  • Disputes raised after confirming receipt cannot be processed
