Account Villa is India's #1 trusted marketplace for buying and selling YouTube channels. We act as an intermediary platform connecting buyers and sellers, providing escrow payment protection and complete ownership transfer support.

To use Account Villa, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of India or authorized to transact under Indian law
• Have a valid and active Google/Gmail account
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Not be previously banned or suspended from our platform

As a seller on Account Villa, you agree to:

• List only YouTube channels that you legally own and have full rights to sell
• Provide accurate analytics, revenue data, and channel information
• Not misrepresent subscriber counts, views, or monetization status
• Complete ownership transfer within 24 hours of payment confirmation
• Not engage in any fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Comply with YouTube's Terms of Service regarding account transfers

As a buyer on Account Villa, you agree to:

• Verify all channel details before completing payment
• Make payment only through Account Villa's official escrow system (UPI/Razorpay)
• Not attempt to contact sellers outside the platform to bypass escrow
• Confirm receipt of channel access before funds are released to seller
• Use the acquired channel in compliance with YouTube's Terms of Service

All transactions on Account Villa are protected by our escrow payment system:

• Buyer pays into Account Villa's secure escrow
• Seller initiates ownership transfer after escrow confirmation
• Buyer confirms receipt of full channel access
• Payment is released to seller after buyer confirmation
• Disputes are handled by Account Villa's support team

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Account Villa:

• Selling channels obtained through hacking, phishing, or unauthorized access
• Listing channels with artificially inflated subscribers or views
• Creating multiple accounts to manipulate listings or reviews
• Attempting to bypass the escrow payment system
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or staff
• Listing channels that violate YouTube's community guidelines
• Any activity that is illegal under Indian law

Account Villa charges a platform fee on successful transactions:

• Listing a channel is completely free for all sellers
• Platform commission is deducted from the final sale amount
• Exact commission percentage is displayed before listing confirmation
• Payment gateway charges (Razorpay/UPI) may apply separately

Account Villa acts as a marketplace facilitator and is not responsible for:

• Actions taken by YouTube regarding channels post-transfer
• Demonetization or suspension of channels after ownership transfer
• Loss of subscribers or views due to content or platform changes
• Off-platform transactions or agreements between buyers and sellers

Our maximum liability in any dispute shall not exceed the transaction value of the specific sale in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
